01 - 1 cup roasted red peppers, drained and finely diced
02 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
03 - 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
04 - ¼ teaspoon salt
05 - ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
06 - 8 ounces cream cheese, cut into small cubes
07 - 1 cup grated pecorino cheese
08 - 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
09 - 1 cup shredded aged cheddar cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and allow it to fully preheat before starting.
02 - In a large bowl, combine the diced roasted red peppers, smoked paprika, parsley, salt, pepper, cream cheese cubes, pecorino, parmesan, and cheddar. Toss everything together until evenly mixed.
03 - Spoon the cheese mixture into an oven-safe baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
04 - Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
05 - Carefully remove the dish from the oven, garnish if desired, and serve immediately while hot and gooey.
