# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
02 - 1/4 cup honey
03 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
04 - 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
05 - 1/2 tablespoon poppy seeds

06 - 1 1/2 pounds broccoli florets
07 - 1 cup fresh blueberries
08 - 1 large apple, diced

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and poppy seeds until smooth. Set aside.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli florets, blueberries, and diced apple.
03 - Pour the prepared poppy seed dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all the ingredients evenly.
