Triple Layer Chocolate Mousse Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cake Base

01 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
02 - ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
03 - ½ cup granulated sugar
04 - ¼ cup butter, melted
05 - 3 large eggs

→ Mousse Layers

06 - 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
07 - 1 cup milk chocolate chips
08 - 1 cup white chocolate chips
09 - 1 cup heavy cream
10 - ½ cup powdered sugar
11 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

# Instructions:

01 - Mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, butter, and eggs. Bake in springform pan at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
02 - Melt chocolates separately. Whip cream and fold into each melted chocolate.
03 - Spread semi-sweet mousse over cooled cake, chill. Repeat with milk and white chocolate layers.
04 - Chill 2 hours. Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
