# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound cooked lobster meat
02 - 4 top-split hot dog buns
03 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
04 - 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
05 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
06 - 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
07 - Butter, for toasting

# Instructions:

01 - Chop the cooked lobster into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and celery salt. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Gently fold in the lobster until fully coated.
02 - Heat a skillet over medium heat. Melt a bit of butter and toast each side of the hot dog buns until golden and crispy.
03 - Generously fill each toasted bun with the lobster mixture. Serve right away while the buns are still warm.

01 - For added texture, stir in finely diced celery or scallions.
02 - You can make the lobster filling a day ahead and store it in the fridge until ready to use.
