Seasonal Fresh Salad Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dressing

01 - Extra virgin olive oil (1/4 cup)
02 - Balsamic vinegar (2 tablespoons)
03 - Dijon mustard (1 1/2 teaspoons)
04 - Honey (1/2 teaspoon)
05 - Garlic powder (1/4 teaspoon)
06 - Kosher salt (1/4 teaspoon)
07 - Black pepper (1/4 teaspoon)

→ Salad

08 - Romaine lettuce (6 cups, chopped)
09 - Rotisserie chicken (2 cups, shredded and diced)
10 - Honeycrisp apple (1 medium, diced)
11 - Red onion (1/2 cup, diced)
12 - Pomegranate seeds (1/2 cup)
13 - Dried cranberries (1/2 cup)
14 - Candied pecans (1/2 cup, roughly chopped)
15 - Feta cheese (1/2 cup, crumbled)

# Instructions:

01 - In a small bowl or jar, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic powder, kosher salt, and black pepper. Set aside to allow flavors to develop.
02 - In a large bowl, combine romaine lettuce, shredded chicken, diced apple, red onion, pomegranate seeds, dried cranberries, candied pecans, and feta cheese. Toss to combine.
03 - Just before serving, drizzle the dressing over the salad. Toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly.
