Easy Apple Pie Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Bombs

01 - 2 cans Pillsbury Country biscuits (10 pieces each) or 1 can Grands
02 - 1 cup apple pie filling, roughly chopped

→ For the Coating

03 - ½ cup butter, melted
04 - ¾ cup granulated sugar
05 - 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

# Instructions:

01 - Separate biscuits and roll each into a 4-inch circle. If using Grands biscuits, split each into 2 layers.
02 - Add 1 tablespoon apple pie filling to each circle. Pull edges over filling and pinch to seal completely. Roll gently into balls.
03 - Place bombs in air fryer basket 1 inch apart. Cook at 380°F for 5-6 minutes until golden brown. Work in batches as needed.
04 - While they cook, mix sugar and cinnamon in a medium bowl.
05 - While still hot, dip each bomb in melted butter, then roll in cinnamon sugar mixture. Place on cooling rack.

01 - Ensure filling is completely sealed to prevent leaking
02 - Can be baked in oven at 375°F for 15-17 minutes
03 - Keeps in fridge for up to 4 days
