Separate biscuits and roll each into a 4-inch circle. If using Grands biscuits, split each into 2 layers.

Add 1 tablespoon apple pie filling to each circle. Pull edges over filling and pinch to seal completely. Roll gently into balls.

Place bombs in air fryer basket 1 inch apart. Cook at 380°F for 5-6 minutes until golden brown. Work in batches as needed.

While they cook, mix sugar and cinnamon in a medium bowl.

While still hot, dip each bomb in melted butter, then roll in cinnamon sugar mixture. Place on cooling rack.
