# Ingredients:

→ Wrap

01 - 1 lb (450g) chicken breast, or rotisserie chicken
02 - 1 teaspoon paprika
03 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon oregano
06 - 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
07 - 2 tablespoons frying oil
08 - 1/3 cup BBQ sauce
09 - 4 large tortillas
10 - 8 slices smoked gouda
11 - 8 small leaves lettuce (baby romaine hearts preferred)
12 - 1 medium tomato, sliced
13 - 4 slices cooked bacon
14 - 1/3 cup ranch dressing

# Instructions:

01 - Slice chicken breasts horizontally to create 4 thinner fillets. Season both sides with paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
02 - Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken on both sides until golden and cooked through. Slice into strips, return to pan, and toss with BBQ sauce.
03 - Lay 1-2 slices of smoked gouda on each tortilla. Add lettuce leaves, BBQ chicken strips, 1 tomato slice, and 1 bacon slice. Drizzle with ranch dressing.
04 - Fold each tortilla into a wrap. Heat in a sandwich or panini press until warm and cheese is melted, or bake briefly in the oven.

# Notes:

01 - Use rotisserie chicken for a faster prep time.
02 - Warm tortillas slightly to make wrapping easier.
03 - Avoid overfilling to prevent wraps from tearing.
04 - Great for meal prep or quick weeknight dinners.
