Sausage Egg Cheese Roll-Ups (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 5 large eggs, divided
02 - 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury™ crescent rolls
03 - 8 breakfast sausage links
04 - 4 slices Cheddar cheese, cut in half
05 - Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Get your oven nice and hot - preheat it to 350°F (175°C).
02 - Crack your eggs into a bowl. Set aside about 2 tablespoons of beaten egg for brushing on top later. Scramble up the rest of the eggs until they're just done.
03 - Pop open the can of crescent rolls and unroll the dough onto your work surface. Separate it into 8 triangles. Cut each cheese slice in half to get 8 pieces.
04 - On each triangle, layer half a slice of cheese, a spoonful of scrambled eggs, and a sausage link. Roll them up starting from the wide end, keeping the filling tucked in as you go.
05 - Place your roll-ups on an ungreased cookie sheet. Brush the tops with that reserved beaten egg and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
06 - Pop them in the oven for 15-18 minutes until they're beautifully golden brown and the crescent dough is cooked through.

# Notes:

01 - These roll-ups can be made ahead and reheated for busy mornings
02 - Try turkey or vegetarian sausage for a lighter option
03 - Feel free to swap cheddar for your favorite melting cheese
