Cheesy Garlic Bliss Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Filling

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
03 - ½ cup Parmesan cheese, diced
04 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed

→ For the Dough

05 - 1 can (16.3 oz) biscuit dough (like Pillsbury Grands)

→ For Topping

06 - 2 tablespoons melted butter
07 - 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional for garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess grease, then stir in minced garlic and cook for another minute or two. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
02 - Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch round. Place a spoonful of beef mixture in the center, add a cube of cheddar and a bit of Parmesan, then fold and pinch the dough to seal. Gently roll into a ball.
03 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment. Place bombs seam-side down and brush the tops with melted butter. Sprinkle parsley on top if using.
04 - Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed. Let cool slightly before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Try swapping cheddar for mozzarella or pepper jack for a different flavor.
02 - Want more flavor? Add some chopped jalapeños or cooked bacon bits to the filling.
03 - You can make these ahead by freezing the unbaked bombs. Just add a few extra minutes to the bake time when cooking from frozen.
