Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a large baking sheet and set it aside.

On a floured surface, roll out the thawed bread dough into a rectangle (about 14x10 inches).

Spread Dijon mustard along the center of the dough, leaving a 1-inch border at both ends. Evenly layer the chopped chicken, ham, and shredded cheese over the mustard.

Starting from the long side, roll the dough tightly jelly-roll style. Pinch the seams closed and carefully transfer the stromboli, seam-side down, onto the greased baking sheet. Tuck the ends under.

Cover loosely and let it rest for 15-20 minutes to rise slightly.

Place in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until the crust is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
