# Instructions:

01 - In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and sugar until well combined.
02 - Pour in the melted butter and milk, stirring until a smooth batter forms. Fold in the chocolate chips.
03 - Grease a large microwave-safe mug or ramekin generously with butter or oil.
04 - Pour the batter into the mug and microwave for 1 minute, or until the cake has risen and is set in the center.
05 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 6-inch ramekin, pour in the batter, and bake for 10-12 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
06 - Enjoy immediately, either plain or topped with extra chocolate chips or whipped cream.
