Easy Crock Pot Chicken and Gravy (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts

→ Gravy Components

02 - 2 (0.87 oz) envelopes chicken gravy mix
03 - 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
04 - 1 cup chicken broth

→ Seasonings and Garnish

05 - Salt and pepper to taste
06 - Fresh parsley, minced, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Place chicken breasts into the bottom of a 5 quart or larger slow cooker.
02 - Season chicken with salt and pepper.
03 - Whisk the gravy mix, broth & chicken soup together in a small bowl and pour on top of the chicken breasts.
04 - Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
05 - Garnish with minced fresh parsley. Serve immediately over mashed potatoes or rice or keep on warm until ready to serve.
