Frozen Peach Slush (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Slush Mix

01 - 9 cups water
02 - 1 cup granulated sugar
03 - 4 peach tea bags
04 - 12 ounces frozen orange juice concentrate
05 - 12 ounces frozen lemonade concentrate
06 - 2 cups peach schnapps
07 - 1/2 cup brandy

→ For Serving

08 - Club soda or Sprite, for topping

# Instructions:

01 - In a large saucepan, boil 7 cups of water with 1 cup sugar until the sugar fully dissolves. Set aside to cool.
02 - In a separate pot, steep 4 peach tea bags in 2 cups of boiling water. Let cool to room temperature.
03 - In a large container, mix the cooled sugar water, steeped tea, orange juice concentrate, lemonade concentrate, peach schnapps, and brandy. Stir until fully combined.
04 - Cover and place the mixture in the freezer for 48 hours, or until it forms a slushy consistency.
05 - Scoop the slush into glasses, filling each about two-thirds full. Top with club soda or Sprite and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - For a non-alcoholic version, leave out the schnapps and brandy and use peach juice instead.
02 - You can store the frozen slush in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
03 - This recipe makes a large batch, perfect for parties or summer gatherings.
