Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Filling

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1 small onion, finely diced
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1 tablespoon ketchup
05 - 1 teaspoon mustard
06 - Salt and black pepper to taste
07 - 12 small cubes cheddar or mozzarella cheese

→ For the Dough

08 - 1 can (16 ounces) refrigerated biscuit dough

→ For the Garlic Butter Topping

09 - ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
10 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
11 - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
12 - 1 teaspoon dried parsley

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
02 - Cook ground beef and onion in a skillet until beef is browned and onions are soft. Drain excess grease. Stir in garlic, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper. Cook 1-2 minutes more then let cool slightly.
03 - Separate biscuit dough into individual pieces and flatten each into a 4-inch circle.
04 - Place beef mixture and a cheese cube in the center of each dough circle. Fold edges up and over, pinching to seal completely. Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
05 - Mix melted butter with minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and parsley in a small bowl.
06 - Brush bombs with garlic butter mixture and bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.

# Notes:

01 - Can use pizza or crescent roll dough instead of biscuits
02 - Try adding chopped pickles or bacon for extra flavor
03 - Leftovers keep for up to 3 days in the fridge
