Preheat the oven to 400°F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

Place six tortillas in the baking dish, positioning them in the corners and ends, slightly overlapping to prevent spaces.

Place a hash brown patty on top of each tortilla. Add a slice of bacon to each. Sprinkle cooked sausage, scrambled eggs, and cheese evenly over the bacon.

Place the seventh tortilla in the center over the fillings. Carefully fold the bottom tortillas over the filling to completely enclose it.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the wrap is crispy and golden brown.

Remove from oven and garnish with chopped green onions and diced tomatoes. Serve warm.
