Iced Matcha Latte (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tbsp matcha powder
02 - 1/2 cup hot water (not boiling)
03 - 1 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
04 - 1 tbsp honey (or sugar-free honey, optional)
05 - 1 1/2 to 2 cups ice

# Instructions:

01 - Divide the ice, milk, and honey (if using) evenly between two serving glasses.
02 - In a small bowl, combine matcha powder and hot water. Use a matcha whisk to whisk until smooth and lump-free.
03 - Pour half of the matcha mixture into each glass over the milk. Stir well to combine and enjoy immediately.
