Potato Pops Recipe (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Potato Pops

01 - 2 cups of mashed potatoes (either leftover or freshly made, just make sure they’re not too runny)
02 - 5 tablespoons of cornstarch or arrowroot powder (adjust as needed for the dough to hold its shape)
03 - Cooking spray or a little oil, for air frying or baking

# Instructions:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes and cornstarch. Mix until you get a firm, pliable dough that’s not too sticky or too dry.
02 - Use your hands to roll the mixture into small balls, just a bit smaller than a golf ball. Make sure they're all roughly the same size so they cook evenly.
03 - Preheat your air fryer to 450°F. Place the potato balls in the basket, leaving space between each. Spray them generously with cooking spray and cook for 15–20 minutes, or until golden and crisp on the outside.
04 - Serve them hot with your favorite dipping sauces like ketchup, aioli, or ranch.

# Notes:

01 - If your mashed potatoes are heavily seasoned, you may want to taste the dough before adding extra spices.
02 - This is a great way to repurpose holiday leftovers into a fun and snackable dish.
