In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped spinach, shredded white cheddar, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until well combined.

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each into a patty about ¾ inch thick. Make a small indentation in the center to prevent the patties from bulging while cooking.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add a little olive oil or cooking spray if needed. Cook the patties for 5-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

During the last minute of cooking, top each patty with a slice of white cheddar cheese and allow it to melt.

Place the cooked chicken patties on burger buns. Add your favorite toppings such as lettuce, tomato, red onion, avocado, mayonnaise, or mustard.
