→ For Assembly

10 - 4 burger buns
11 - Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, red onion, avocado, mayonnaise, mustard

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped spinach, shredded white cheddar, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until well combined.
02 - Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each into a patty about ¾ inch thick. Make a small indentation in the center to prevent the patties from bulging while cooking.
03 - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add a little olive oil or cooking spray if needed. Cook the patties for 5-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
04 - During the last minute of cooking, top each patty with a slice of white cheddar cheese and allow it to melt.
05 - Place the cooked chicken patties on burger buns. Add your favorite toppings such as lettuce, tomato, red onion, avocado, mayonnaise, or mustard.
06 - Serve immediately and enjoy!

# Notes:

01 - If using frozen spinach, thaw completely and squeeze out excess water before adding it to the mixture.
02 - Swap white cheddar for Monterey Jack, pepper jack, or provolone for a different cheese flavor.
03 - Use a meat thermometer to ensure the burgers reach 165°F for safe consumption.
